Felipe Solis Olguin: Swine Flu Obama Scare
President Obama went over to Mexico on April 16th-17th right before this major outbreak of swine flu. Authorities say his health was never in any real danger when he met with a national museum director.
The director, named Felipe Solis Olguin experienced flu symptoms and died a few day later.
The White House released a statement today saying that Mr. Olguin did not die of swine flu but some other disease. Press Secrectary Robert Gibss told reporters the incubation period for swine flu is one to two days and the President’s visit to Mexico happened more than a week ago.
As of late the swine flu has killed 150 people in Mexico and there are 68 confirmed cases of it in the U.S. One of those cases being 8 students at a New York City private school. No U.S. citizens have died of the swine flu.
